With Marie’s guidance through mindfulness techniques, I’ve become more aware and rooted in the present moment.

Focusing on what I have control over: only myself and my perceptions, and letting go of external disruptions and unnecessary thoughts that are beyond my control. Looking at situations and surroundings with a beginner’s mind has made me more peaceful and centered in myself, and grateful for what I have. A great gift to have in times of high anxiety or stress.
