STEP INTO THE MINDFULNESS JOURNEY COURSE – Research Based

8 Weeks *Individual MBSI (Mindfulness Based Stress Intervention) Course

For individuals who loves their own space and journey in private (1-1.5hours per week)

Grow in the safety of the coaching with just me as your coach walking next to you.

Researched based sessions, enabling the brain to form new paths in a gentle way, You are growing towards a peaceful balanced life in all aspects with more awareness and focus.

I introduce the other perspective of looking at yourself which will start flowing from your own growth to your loved ones, co-workers, friends and all humans over time.

You learn in a compassionate way to be more aware and in tune with yourself and everything/everybody around you, moment by moment without any judgement.

The baseline of the journey is no judgement, loving care, growing in awareness, finding your own path and navigating this path with skill and creativity in every moment  though your life.

Learn to peacefully appreciate, survive and see every present moment, just as it is.

GROWING FURTHER COURSE

1-1.5 Hours per week *Online and face to face

After completion of the Step into the Mindfulness journey course or any other course at another institution, I advise you to stay connected. We will discuss the best fit for you  after your first course.
Enrol per session, per week, per month or per year. We dig deep into the essence of your own growing awareness, the journey into the beginners’ mind and being still in discovering who you are in every moment,
From your grounded starting point, you will grow in awareness of what is surfacing moment by moment resulting in you becoming more quiet, peaceful, focused, calm, non-judgmental and productive in every moment.

GROUP COURSES

Your commitment to the 1-hour weekly session of Mindfulness grounding,  will benefit you tremendously with the new brain paths to grow into your own peace and wisdom. The session will include 5 minutes grounding, 25 min discussions and a 30 min practical meditation.

COURSES FOR CHILDREN & TEENS

Discover your formidable self

Individual sessions (8 weeks, 1 – 1.5 hours session per week)

I take your child on a journey where they are understanding and caring towards themselves which enables them to hold space for others around them.

Improvement in self-confidence, stress levels, relationships, focus & concentration, vision for the future and knowing who and what they are.

Teacher’s assistance course

Classroom -train in classrooms while teachers are present (15min per week)

I come in weekly at the same time and get the pupils in a rhythm to ground themselves, which has a tremendous effect on their self-discipline, relationships, concentration in class and their general wellbeing in the stressful life around them.

Groups in age groups. 2 hours per week x 8 weeks
Children & teens learns way to see things from different perspectives to ease their stress levels, increase their self-awareness and self-care and bring more focus. Children and teens are bombarded by life’s challenges with so much to deal with.
They learn who they are and how to navigate through life, lovingly and caringly while enfolding their real being.
